Job Description

  1. To ensure the ceremonial services run smoothly.
  2. To plan and set up of Ceremony function activity at site.
  3. To provide services and assist customer at praying area and urn compartment for installation process, Zuo Qi, An Ling, Qing Ming, Enlightenment Ceremony and etc.
  4. To assist in preparation and refurbishment on the needed praying materials for prayer.
  5. To ensure the lot of ancestral and urn compartment with necessary arrangement before the arrival of the procession.
  6. To verify and confirm with agents and customers for the service booking and installation (1 day before service date).
  7. To ensure all payment collected for all services which provided towards customers (i.e. Urn/ Pedestal installation, An Ling).
  8. To supervise, verify and witness of urn and ancestral installation process.
  9. To standardize all procedures for installation, i.e. An Ling.
  10. To liaise with vendors on deceased photograph printings and name tag printing on Niche cover and Pedestal.
  11. To prepare monthly report.
  12. To monitor urn name tag, photo and Dynasty Plaque delivery status.
  13. To install of deceased name tag, photo or compartment plaque.
  14. To update urn installation records and submit urn installation monthly report.
  15. To conduct spot check for the morning routine after the duty officer completed the first-round job.
  16. To propose new process to management for increase the quality of service.
  17. To enable to resolve customers’ enquires.
  18. To maintain the cleanliness of urn compartment, temple, praying area and etc.
  19. Any other duties as assigned by the superior/management to you from time to time.

Job Requirements

Compulsory requirements:
Basic communication in spoken and written English/ Chinese;
College/Bachelor’s Degree in Economy or related qualification;
At least 1-2 years of working experience in related field is required for this position;
Use Microsoft Office software: Word, Excel;
Ability to work independently, teamwork and leadership skills;
Sense of responsibility and ability to withstand high pressure, careful, enthusiastic, honest;
Have a progressive, dynamic spirit and have a desire to stick with the Company for a long time.
